PRIVACY & RESOURCE USE
Your words.
Your choices.
Understand what our online tool does and how to check privacy information when using linked services.

Online AAC messages
Our online AAC tool does not send or save the messages you compose. Message text stays in the current page session. The tool stores your settings and personal word buttons in your browser’s local storage so they can be available on a later visit.
On a shared device, personal word buttons may be visible to the next person using that browser. Remove private words through the tool’s controls, or clear this site’s stored browser data to remove all saved settings and words.
Device speech
The tool offers local English voices reported by your browser and device. Voice availability and speech behavior depend on the device. You can use the text and printable resources when a compatible voice is unavailable.
Hosting and linked services
The Site hosting service may process technical information needed to deliver the website. Google Forms, Jotform, Zeffy, Facebook, and other linked services operate separately. Review their privacy information and the specific form or event instructions before providing information.
Email signup
Our signup form stores your email address, optional name, the time of signup consent, the consent notice version, and subscription status in the site’s subscriber database. The subscriber list is restricted to the site owner. We use these details for Auesomely You Cares updates.
You can ask to unsubscribe or request deletion by emailing auesomelyyoucares@gmail.com. Newsletter delivery and automated unsubscribe links are not yet connected to a mailing service.
Contact and update requests
When you email us, the information you choose to send is available to the recipient through email services. Share only what is needed for your request. Do not email passwords or unnecessary sensitive records. Contact us with questions about information you have submitted or to request removal from updates.
Photos and community stories
Contact us with questions about a photo or story involving you. Event media requirements can differ; review the relevant event and application information before participating.
