CONTRIBUTE WITH CONFIDENCE
Your tablet.
A thoughtful next step.
Start with a conversation. Confirm compatibility and arrangements before sending a device.
Which iPads or tablets can I contribute?
Contact us with the brand, exact model, condition, and operating system if known. We review compatibility before agreeing on next steps. There is no blanket acceptance list on this page.
What if the screen is cracked or the device has other issues?
Describe the issue clearly before sending anything. Ask whether the condition can meet current program needs. Acceptance of damaged or nonworking devices is not guaranteed.
Do I need to include a charger or case?
Tell us whether a compatible charger or case is available. Our team will discuss what is needed for that particular contribution.
Where should I send it? Who pays shipping?
Contact our team first. Confirm the delivery address, shipping arrangements, and any costs directly before sending equipment. Do not ship to an address found elsewhere without confirmation.
What should I do about my photos, accounts, and other information?
After the contribution is agreed, back up anything you want to keep and follow the manufacturer’s instructions to remove accounts, activation locks, and personal information before handoff. Ask our team how to coordinate preparation. Never email passwords or passcodes.
Can I contribute several devices or partner as a business?
Yes, you can start that conversation. Include device models, quantities, condition, and any preparation or technical support you can offer. Our team will discuss compatibility and program needs.
What does a contributed tablet support?
Our mission is to expand communication access for nonspeaking and minimally speaking autistic and disabled individuals. A compatible tablet may be part of an individual AAC system; hardware alone does not determine the right communication support.
